Jalapeño Grits

A delicious blend of cheese, jalapeñnos and Early's Stone Ground Grits.

4 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Early's Stone Ground Grits
1 Onion - grated
1/4 cup Butter
8oz Pepper Jack - grated
8oz Early's Sharp Cheddar Cheese - grated

2 tbsp Cream

Cook grits in broth stir constantly until are grits are done (appox 20 min)
Sautee onion in butter until transparent
Stir butter, onion and cheeses into grits
Salt and pepper to taste
Stir in cream
Garnish with sliced Jalapenos

Spicy Sausage Alfredo Pasta

Early's Spicy Sausage Alfredo Pasta!

Ingrediants Needed: 

8oz of Early's Spicy All Natural Sasuage 

16oz of Penne Pasta 

8oz of Whipping Cream 

6oz of Shaved Parmesan Cheese

2oz of Butter 

THE SAUCE: 

Combine the butter and the whipping cream on low heat in a saucepan. Stir continuously, let heat for 1-2 min then add the Parmesan Cheese.  Add salt & Pepper to taste. Cook for 10min total

THE PASTA:

Bring 4 cups of water to boil then add 2 cups Penne Pasta. Add a pinch of salt and cook for 11min. 

Then drain pasta water. 

THE SAUSAGE:

Thaw 8oz of Early's All Natural Spicy Sausage in the refrigerator. Crumble Sausage and fry in pan on medium high heat

Add the Alfredo and Sausage to the Pasta Pot. Stir on low heat.

Add cracked Red Pepper to Taste 

Garnish with Parsley & Serve!
