Delicious Cake made with Early's Jam and Honey. Serves 10.

Early's Jam & Honey Cake1 cup Butter
1-1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Early's Honey
2 eggs
3 cups sifted Cake Flour
1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 scant cup Early's Blueberry Jam
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, spices and 1/4 buttermilk. Add the Early's Jam and Honey and mix thoroughly. Stir baking soda into remaining buttermilk and combine with cake batter. Do not over beat.

Pour batter into 3 buttered 8" cake pans or 1 buttered 13x9x2" baking dish. bake 40-45min.
