A roasted country ham sweetened with Early's Honey or Sorghum.

2 16 oz. bottles cola
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Early's Honey or Sorghum
1 c. wine
1 apple, cut in half
1 orange, cut in half

3 or 4 bay leaves

Wash and scrub ham, then soak for 24 hours in water with 1 cup vinegar. Rinse and place ham in large roaster. Add as much water as possible. Combine above ingredients and pour over ham in roaster. Cook at 190°-200° - for 10 to 12 hours.
